We have an immediate opening for a President/CEO with a privately held healthcare company which markets and promotes prescription quality, non-prescription healthcare products to physicians, pharmacists, and consumers. Our client features a diversified portfolio of proprietary non-prescription products, each of which have been clinically validated.
Title: CEO/President
Reports to: Board of Directors
Salary: $150K-$250K
Bonus: up to 50% of base predicated on performance
Bonus +: Stretch Objective TBD
Equity: Initial equity TBD – (3 to 5%)

Job Overview:
A ground floor opportunity to manage and execute on a new and innovative way to improve patient healthcare, with outstanding products that have existing revenue and significant growth potential. Responsibilities include marketing, sales, general management, finance, capitalization, legal and professional, operations, administration, interfacing with new and existing investors, generating and diligencing outside partnering opportunities.
The CEO must have excellent interpersonal and formal presentation skills. The CEO will meet with and manage our key accounts, vendors, partners, suppliers, physicians and pharmacists. They will also recruit, motivate and manage employees as necessary to meet business objectives. In this organization, knowledge of eCommerce and media-oriented marketing initiatives will be critical.
