Base: 55,000-65,000 based on experience
First Year total compensation at plan: $90,000-100,000+ Uncapped

Responsibilities Of Territory Business Manager:
Description of Key Job Elements:
  • To increase overall sales volume of the hiring company’s medical products within a designated regional territory by attaining or exceeding established sales objectives. 
  • Meet or exceed territory sales by implementing sales plans and marketing programs.
  • In-depth product knowledge; features, benefits, pricing and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain all existing accounts in the region.
  • Develop company medical account growth opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new accounts.
  • Work in conjunction with Training Specialist to maximize business development within the assigned territory.
  • Call on current and potential users to promote company’s medical products.
  • Deliver hospital training programs.
  • Develop new clinic sales; continued development with existing clinics.
  • Liaison between field and in-house departments on resolving problems.
  • Administrative responsibility and accountability for territory, maintaining account records of territory activity. 
  • Administrative paperwork to be completed in a timely manner and in proper format. 
  • Knowledge of internal operations (i.e., Customer Service, Contract Manager, National Accounts, etc.) for customer inquiries and problem resolutions
Requirements For Territory Business Manager:

Experience / Skills:
  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university with 3 years of successful related sales experience.
  • Strong selling skills
