POSITION TITLE: Sales Representative 

Base: $60,000 - $80,000
Bonus: $60,000 at plan, uncapped
First Year total compensation at plan: $140,000 with uncapped overachievement
Travel: 40%
Benefits: Car allowance ($700), cell phone, tablet, 401k, medical/dental (Blue Cross Blue Shield)
MBO Tier – up to $4000 per month for the first 3 months with a sliding scale months 4-6 ($3,500, $3,000, and $2,500)

1.     This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director
2.     This position does not supervise

Incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory, supporting existing business and prospecting new opportunities. Promote and sell to commercial hospitals, physician offices, wound care centers and Federal Government accounts to include VA’s and active duty Military hospitals.
  1. Sales Responsibilities:
  2. Achieves sales performance goals.
  3. Define and identify key market opportunities, implement marketing strategies and effectively implement sales direction to penetrate existing accounts and gain new customers.
  4. Successfully complete sales training and continually stay updated and informed on competitors and market dynamics by participating in corporate updates and ongoing training.
  5. Proficient in presenting to individuals and large groups of customers on all products and applicable company programs.
  6. Develop territory business plan to ensure achievement of monthly revenue goals and overall sustainable long term growth.
  7. Conducts all job functions in a manner that promotes a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
  8. Promotes positive team relationship and maintains open lines of communication with Regional Director, Marketing, Clinical, Reimbursement, Customer Care, and Administrative personnel and Sr. Management to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
  9. Attends industry conferences as needed
  10. Works within assigned expense budget
  11. Ensures all activities are in alignment and conform to Company corporate policies.
  1. Marketing Responsibilities:
  2. In addition to direct selling duties; will work with the Marketing team to provide field intelligence on market trends and changes.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing on new programs as needed.
  1. Other Duties as assigned.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years outside sales preferably in the medical device, wound care, biotechnology, or tissue segment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High energy, flexible, results oriented individual.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects. 
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a history of achieving and exceeding sales goal.
  • Team player capable of effectively working with colleagues and on teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze markets, plan sales strategies and effectively present scientific and clinical data to physicians, nursing staff and economic buyers.
  • Previous experience in high growth organizations building market share.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Overall strong business acumen and drive to exceed territory and company goals.
  • Computer Proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer
