Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
Commission: $25,000 - $45,000 on average
Total Package: $80,000-$110,000
Travel: 25% overnight minimum
Car Allowance: $500/month

Description: 
Territory Sales Manager for wound care, skin care, and nutritional supplements primarily in Central New Jersey. We are looking for a dynamic and business-minded entrepreneur who has a track record of success growing businesses in the post-acute market.  Our organization is poised for significant growth, and we are in need of filling an expansion territory with great business opportunities. 
 
Job Purpose: 
Maintain and drive sales growth of company accounts and distribution channels while generating new opportunities in territory. 
 
 
Duties:
  • Responsible for demonstrating and selling products, features and benefits, while professionally representing the company brand.
  • The candidate will be required to work independently as well as with a team leader and upper management to accomplish sales growth by sharing knowledge, experience, and information in order to optimize overall sales and expand brand recognition within the territory.
·      Maintain a positive team approach with customers and colleagues and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as requested by management for maintenance/growth of company sales.
  • The ideal candidate will have established relationships or be comfortable developing relationships with clinical care providers, Director of Nursing Services, WOCNs, Distributors and other key clinicians within the targeted accounts. Said accounts include but are not limited to Long Term Care Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Wound Care Centers, Home Health Providers and Hospice.  
·      Territory management:  ability to travel, plan & organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential target customers.
·      Comfortable giving group presentations and in-services to health care customers.
  • Overnight travel is required.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • BS or BA degree is required
  • 2+ years Outside Sales experience required.
  • Long Term Care Sales experience or Clinical nursing background in wound care required.
  • Must reside within the Dallas/Ft.Worth area and have a clean, valid driver’s license. 
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to network and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a track record of success in outside sales with proven ability to build positive customer relationships quickly.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
